E-ISSN: 2378-5225 · Frequency: Biannual · Publisher: BM-Publisher · Open Access
Pathophysiology of Cell Injury Journal (PCIJ) is an international, peer-reviewed, open-access journal published biannually, dedicated to advancing knowledge on the fundamental and clinical aspects of cell injury, degeneration, and repair. The journal serves as a platform for understanding the molecular, biochemical, and morphological mechanisms underlying various disease processes, with emphasis on oxidative stress, inflammation, apoptosis, necrosis, and cellular adaptation.
PCIJ welcomes high-quality submissions, including original research articles, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, experimental studies, clinical observations, and short communications that contribute to bridging the gap between basic cellular pathology and clinical medicine. The journal encourages multidisciplinary research spanning molecular biology, pathology, pharmacology, toxicology, oncology, and regenerative medicine — fostering translational insights that drive innovations in diagnosis and therapy.
All articles are published under open-access terms, ensuring global visibility and unrestricted dissemination. Every accepted manuscript receives a Crossref-registered DOI, and all published content remains permanently archived with preserved metadata for citation and academic integrity.
